Services Offered
Second Hanson provides services including, but not limited to:
Cocktail classes (private and public)
Bartending services for events
Content creation (UGC, photography, video)
Social media strategy and marketing support
Brand collaborations and event activations
Service details, pricing, and deliverables are outlined in proposals, booking confirmations, or written agreements.
Bookings & Payments
A signed agreement and/or deposit may be required to secure your booking.
Remaining balances are due by the date specified in your invoice or agreement.
Payments are processed through secure third-party platforms.
Services will not be rendered without payment confirmation.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cocktail Classes & Events
Cancellations made within [X days] of the scheduled event may be non-refundable.
Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be made in writing.
No-shows forfeit payment.
Marketing & Content Services
Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.
Project timelines may shift if client materials, approvals, or feedback are delayed.
Alcohol & Event Responsibility
Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with local, state, and venue alcohol laws.
Valid identification is required for alcohol consumption where applicable.
Second Hanson Sips is not responsible for guest behavior, overconsumption, or venue policy enforcement unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
Content Usage & Intellectual Property
All original content created by Second Hanson remains our intellectual property unless usage rights are otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients may use delivered content for agreed-upon purposes only.
Second Hanson reserves the right to use non-confidential content for portfolio, website, and social media promotion unless otherwise stated.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate information and timely approvals
Secure necessary venue permissions
Ensure a safe and appropriate working environment
Communicate changes promptly
Failure to do so may result in delays or additional fees.
Limitation of Liability
Second Hanson shall not be held liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Event interruptions due to weather, venue issues, or circumstances beyond our control
Technical or platform-related failures (social media, payment processors, etc.)
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.
Third-Party Platforms
We are not responsible for the policies, performance, or actions of third-party platforms including social media networks, payment processors, or event venues.
Termination
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if a client violates these Terms, engages in inappropriate behavior, or creates an unsafe working environment.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which Second Hanson operates.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
