Cancellation & Refund Policy

Second Hanson and Second Hanson Sips (“we,” “our,” or “us”) aim to provide seamless, enjoyable experiences for all clients. Please review our Cancellation & Refund Policy before booking.

Cocktail Classes & Events

  • Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking.

  • Cancellations:

    • Cancellations made 30 days prior to the scheduled class or event may receive a full refund of any remaining balance (excluding deposit).

    • Cancellations made less than 30 days prior are non-refundable.

  • Rescheduling:

    • Rescheduling is subject to availability.

    • If rescheduling is requested 14 days in advance, your deposit may be applied to the new date.

  • No-Shows: Full payment will be forfeited for clients who do not attend and do not notify us.

Bartending Services

  • Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your date.

  • Cancellations:

    • Cancellations made 30 days prior to the event will receive a refund of the remaining balance, minus the deposit.

    • Cancellations made less than 30 days prior are non-refundable.

  • Rescheduling:

    • Requests are subject to availability and must be made in writing.

  • Weather / Force Majeure:

    • In cases of uncontrollable circumstances (weather, natural disasters, or venue cancellations), deposits may be applied to a new date at our discretion.

UGC & Marketing Services

  • Deposits & Payment: A non-refundable deposit is required before work begins.

  • Cancellations:

    • Cancellations after work has started are non-refundable.

    • Refunds are only provided for services not yet rendered.

  • Project Rescheduling:

    • Delays caused by clients may extend project timelines but do not affect fees.

General Terms

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to secondhanson@gmail.com

  • We reserve the right to cancel any event or service due to unforeseen circumstances. In these cases, clients will be offered a full refund or rescheduling option.

  • Policies apply to all bookings made through our website, social media, or direct inquiry.
